Job summary

MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司 is seeking a qualified professional to oversee station shops, perform inspections, coordinate minor works, and handle faults. You will act as Competent Person supervising contractors to ensure OSH and Railway Safety Rules compliance, while advising on Station/Commercial facilities with stakeholders.

The role requires relevant Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services qualifications with 1–5 years of experience and involves shift work, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering / Building or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering / Building or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience or 2 years’ post apprenticeship experience.
• Good communication and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement inspection, minor works, interface works and fault handling for station shops.
• Perform the role of Competent Person to supervise contractor to ensure all their work in compliance with the OSH and the RSR.
• Liaise with contractor and other stakeholders to provide expert advice on Station/Commercial facilities.
