Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or workforce solutions with proven project management experience.
• Strong track record in business development, account management and revenue growth.
• Experience managing staffing projects and leading high-performing teams.
• Commercially driven with client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by developing new project staffing and workforce solutions opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of staffing and outsourcing projects, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction.
• Oversee workforce planning, resource deployment, and project performance across multiple accounts.
• Manage client escalations and implement continuous process improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Executives and Recruitment Consultants.
• Partner with internal teams on proposals, pricing strategies, and staffing solutions.
• Monitor project profitability, operational performance, and compliance requirements.
