Job summary

Adecco Group Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead outsourced business solutions across customer service, retail operations, and admin functions. You will build client partnerships, design governance structures and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Success requires managing multiple BPO projects, guiding teams, and delivering measurable outcomes while ensuring quality, compliance and business continuity in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, HR or related field.
• 5+ years in BPO, MSP, PM, recruitment or workforce solutions with supervisory experience.
• Experience managing outsourced projects and large workforce teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify BPO opportunities and design outsourcing solutions.
• Lead project implementation and ensure delivery per SLA.
• Manage budgets, revenue, costs and client reporting.
