Traze in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with hands-on talent acquisition responsibilities. You will partner with business leaders to implement HR solutions, drive recruitment, and ensure compliance with local laws and visa procedures.

The role requires strong collaboration across functions, excellent communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to employee relations, performance, engagement, and welfare programs.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years HR experience with HRBP and recruitment exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and visa procedures.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a detail-oriented, results-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business units to provide HR solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned units and build talent pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with HK Employment Ordinance, MPF, and visa processes; handle documentation.
