Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced HR professional to drive full-cycle recruitment for frontline, operational and field-based roles and to act as HR partner to operational supervisors, overseeing performance, shift planning and engagement. The role requires knowledge of the HK Employment Ordinance and fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related discipline.
At least 5 years HR experience focused on recruitment and managing operational workforces.
Knowledge of the HK Employment Ordinance.
Strong communication and multilingual capabilities.

Responsibilities

Drive full-cycle recruitment for frontline, operational and field-based roles.
Act as HR partner to operational supervisors; oversee performance, shift planning and engagement.
Handle frontline grievances, disciplinary cases, and staff retention initiatives.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with local regulations and policies.
Support ad-hoc HR initiatives and workforce analytics projects as assigned by management.
