• Lead a small team to provide excellent service on premise & facilities management for various users of the bank
• Understand the building conditions and user requirements and plan ahead various maintenance or improvement plan
• Identify suitable locations, areas, buildings for the user departments to select & write up related proposals to weight the costs & benefits
• Oversee premises-related matters including facilities management, property leasing, building, and branch improvement, and office renovation projects for all leased and owned properties of the bank
• Conversant in all statutory requirements and associated real estate legal documents, and deal with corresponding issues and stakeholders to ensure all buildings are fully compliant with relevant regulations, banking requirements, specified design standards, internal policies, and guidelines
• Manage third-party vendors including property management companies, suppliers, consultants, and contractors through effective vendor management with well-defined service level and performance indicators
• Supervise all work activities in accordance with different bank policies

• Lead a small team to provide excellent service on premise & facilities management for various users of the bank

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Studies, Building Studies, Building Management, Surveying or related disciplines; Experience in banking retail trade and/or banking offices is an advantage
• Minimum 7 years experience in property management/facilities management/project management with at least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in Large Corporate or Institutes.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and with a proven track record as a team lead
• Good ethical standards, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Independent, good team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin speaking is an advantage
• Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems including MS Excel and PowerPoint
