United Asia Finance Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Officer, Loan Processing to manage loan documents and administration throughout the lifecycle. You will liaise with internal teams and external parties, ensure timely processing, and support post-drawdown activities with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 8 years’ loan processing experience, strong knowledge of procedures and regulatory requirements, and excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related discipline.
• 8 years’ experience in loan processing and credit administration.
• Knowledge of loan processing procedures and relevant legal requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Process and administer loan documents with accuracy throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for smooth operations.
• Handle post-drawdown follow-ups and liaise with stakeholders.
• Provide high-quality customer service focused on responsiveness and satisfaction.
• Maintain loan data and prepare regular operational reports for management.
• Monitor and follow up on loan repayments.
• Perform general administrative duties and support ad hoc projects.

Senior Officer, Loan Processing

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for loan documents processing and administration, ensuring timely and accurate execution throughout the loan lifecycle

Liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Handle post-drawdown follow-ups and collaborate with internal stakeholders

Deliver high-quality customer service with a strong focus on responsiveness and customer satisfaction

Maintain loans data and prepare regular operational reports for management

Monitor and follow up on customers loan repayment

Perform administrative duties and support ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines

8 years’ experience in loan processing and credit administration

In-depth knowledge of loan processing, procedures and relevant legal requirements

Ability to work in a fast paced, frequently changing environment

Excellent customer service skills, with ability to work under pressure

Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work independently and a good team player

Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
