United Asia Finance Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Associate Officer to support Credit Control operations, focusing on delinquent account recovery and case handling across our network.

You will work with debt collection agencies, approve discounts, and respond to inquiries from customers and business units, while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Candidates with 5+ years in the field, fluent in English and Chinese, and with Excel skills are encouraged to apply; a rewarding career path awaits.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in related industry.
• Preferably with debt recovery experience in money lending / banking.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• To participate in delinquent account recovery operation, includes:
• handling of the return of allocated cases,
• dealing with approval for discount settlement,
• liaising with debt collection agency for recovery action and
• To answer enquiry from customer / business divisions / debt collection agency
• To perform audit review on debt collection agency
• To handle customer bankruptcy related operations
• To administer deceased account for filing Caveat to Probate Registry
