Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong is seeking a Guest Experience Officer to join the Concierge team. You will manage guest inquiries and elevate the arrival and departure experience for luxury guests.

Based at The Landmark, the role reports to the Chief Concierge and requires strong English & Chinese communication, plus solid knowledge of Hong Kong attractions. Excellent guest service and a friendly demeanour are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant experiences in guest services or hotels.
• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Good communication skills in both English & Chinese.
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong and major Tourist attractions.

Responsibilities

• Provide a pro-active and enthusiastic arrival and departure experience.
• Make restaurant recommendations and reservations for hotel guests within or outside the hotel.
• Answer guest queries with first-hand knowledge, meticulous research and local expertise.
• Handle confirmation and re-routing as well as purchase of airline tickets.
• Arrange sightseeing trips by limousine, coach or boat.
• Organize all transportation requirements for hotel guests.
• Support with arrival and departure arrangements.
• Ensure the Concierge Desk information is always up-to-date.
• Demonstrate exceptional guest recognition in hotel lobby & entrance.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong within Concierge Department in Hong Kong, the Guest Experience Officer is responsible for handling enquiries and providing guest sevices at the expected level of a luxury property. The Guest Experience Officer reports to the Chief Concierge.

As Guest Experience Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide a pro-active and enthusiastic arrival and departure experience
• Make restaurant recommendations and reservations for hotel guests within or outside the hotel
• Answer to guest queries by demonstrating first-hand knowledge, meticulous research and local expertise through description and superb recommendation
• Handle confirmation and re-routing as well as purchase of airline tickets
• Arrange sightseeing trips by limousine, coach or boat
• Organize all transportation requirements for hotel guests
• Support with the arrival and departure arrangements
• Ensure that the Concierge Desk information is always up-to-date.
• Demonstrate exceptional guest recognition in hotel lobby & entrance
