Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced Logistics Project Manager – South China to oversee logistics and warehouse projects across Hong Kong and South China. The role includes driving operational excellence, managing client relationships, and splitting time between Hong Kong and Shenzhen during the initial phase.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in logistics and at least 5 years in project or warehouse leadership, with strong cross-functional and client-facing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations.
• At least 5 years in project management or warehouse leadership.
• Proven ability to manage complex client requirements.
• Experience with luxury brands or high-standard international clients is a plus.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, SOP optimization and process excellence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willing to work across Hong Kong and Shenzhen/South China.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Cantonese or Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics projects from planning through implementation and delivery.
• Review and improve warehouse SOPs and monitoring mechanisms.
• Maintain onsite warehouse standards including 5S, safety, cleanliness, and compliance; assess capacity and productivity.
• Act as primary client contact, understand requirements, manage projects, and build long-term relationships.
• Organize regular project meetings with internal teams for alignment and issue resolution.
• Support annual budget planning and monitor operational costs; optimize resources.
• Develop warehouse teams and promote a detail-oriented, process-driven culture.
