The role requires a proven track record in logistics/warehouse management, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to coordinate across multicultural teams. English fluency is essential, and you will mentor the warehouse team toward operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Process Optimization & SOP Refinement: review and refine warehouse SOPs, establish monitoring to boost accuracy and efficiency
• Project Management & Implementation: lead end-to-end project planning, delivery and customized logistics solutions
• Warehouse Environment & Standards Maintenance: maintain high-case 5S and safety standards onsite
• Client Relationship & Communication: be main client contact, understand needs and manage expectations
• Internal Collaboration & Coordination: coordinate cross-department meetings for alignment and issue resolution
• Warehouse Operational Excellence: assess capacity and implement improvements to boost productivity and service quality
• Budget & Cost Control: participate in budgeting and optimize resource allocation

Job Responsibilities

• Process Optimization & SOP Refinement: Regularly review and refine warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), establish monitoring mechanisms to enhance operational precision and efficiency.
• Project Management & Implementation: Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to delivery, customize logistics solutions for clients, and ensure timely, high-quality implementation.
• Warehouse Environment & Standards Maintenance : Establish and maintain high-standard warehouse onsite management (e.g., 5S) protocols, ensuring a clean, orderly, and safe working environment to meet the stringent requirements of the clients.
• Client Relationship & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, proactively understand and manage their needs and expectations, and strengthen collaboration.
• Internal Collaboration & Coordination: Facilitate cross-department communication, organize regular meetings to ensure information alignment and prompt issue resolution.
• Warehouse Operational Excellence : Conduct regular assessments of warehouse capacity (storage, equipment, personnel), and implement improvement plans to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Budget & Cost Control : Participate in annual budget planning, monitor operational costs, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
• Team Development & Training : Foster a culture of detail-oriented and process-driven operations within the warehouse team.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics/warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a project management or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and managing client projects. Experience in managing luxury brand clients is a plus.)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural setting.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• High sense of responsibility and integrity.
