Job summary

Elite Associates in Hong Kong is seeking a senior logistics leader to drive APAC regional strategy aligned with global direction. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex supply chain initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading 3PL/4PL partnerships, shipments, trade compliance, inventory accuracy, and analytics to shorten lead times and reduce costs across APAC warehouses and stores.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the regional logistics strategy aligned with global direction and APAC growth.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to shorten end-to-end lead times, increase operational agility, and reduce supply chain risks.
• Coordinate and act as a key logistics liaison between APAC country teams and the France Headquarters, providing strategic guidance and operational support.
• Support the sourcing, appointment, relationship management, and ongoing assessment of third-party and fourth-party logistics providers across warehousing, freight, and domestic distribution.
• Establish, monitor, and maintain SLAs and KPIs to achieve high service standards while controlling logistics costs.
• Lead regular performance reviews with logistics partners to identify improvement opportunities and conduct root-cause analysis when service issues occur.
• Coordinate and oversee regional logistics activities, including international freight, inbound operations, and final-mile deliveries to retail stores.
• Plan and manage logistics for special initiatives such as new store launches, furniture deliveries, and transportation of hazardous materials.
• Improve shipment consolidation and intra-Asia inventory transfers to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Act as the regional point of expertise for trade compliance, ensuring import/export activities comply with local and international regulations.
• Coordinate acquisition of import/export permits and manage customs clearance and brokerage processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across APAC warehouses through cycle counting and annual stocktakes.
• Oversee warehouse capacity planning and WMS integration to keep inventory information real-time.
• Deliver regular logistics performance reports covering lead times, logistics costs, and carrier performance.
• Investigate logistics discrepancies, duties, tax expenses, and other operational metrics.
• Collaborate with Retail, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to maintain an integrated, compliant regional supply chain.
