Our client is a fast-growing technology company dedicated to the research and development of the logistics system and platform.

With the HQ in Hong Kong, you'll be involved in the building a SaaS logistics and Transportation System - analysing requirements for new features, defining stories and tasks, teambuilding and supporting the team members to deliver, communicate and prioritise effectively.

JOB SUMMARY

They are seeking someone to work closely with the sales team to introduce company's product and understand the customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation, logistics, and supply chain management, along with deep knowledge of Logistics and Transportation Management Systems.

This role focuses on understanding customer needs, developing customised solutions, preparing the project documents and ensuring the system rollouts under the expected timeline.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• To complete the pre-study of the project - identifying scope, key stakeholders, project milestones, roadmap, etc.
• Perform data sourcing gap analysis, identify, and propose solutions, translate to operation and IT team for development.
• Prepare functional specifications for IT development.
• Define testing strategy, perform validation in UAT, and manage stakeholders at different levels.
• Manage coordination at Country level covering HK and potentially other ASEAN market
• Drive and manage all stages in project life cycle, from project initialization to project closure
• Provide project status updates on a regular basis to different stakeholders and senior management team

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administrative, Computer Science, or other relevant discipline is advantageable.
• Hands-on experience in project management and business analysis, preferred
• Well-versed knowledge in the operations of regional markets is necessary
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in related fields
• Work independently with limited guidance with analytical and control mindset; able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong communications in English, good interpersonal skills
