This is a full-time, on-site Sourcing Manager role based in Hong Kong. The Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for network, data center, and ICT services, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and reliability. Daily tasks include identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and service-level agreements, managing vendor relationships, and monitoring supplier performance. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders such as operations, finance, and technical teams to align sourcing plans with business objectives, mitigate risks, and support new service rollouts.
