Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sourcing Manager role based in Hong Kong. The Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for network, data center, and ICT services, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and reliability. Daily tasks include identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and service-level agreements, managing vendor relationships, and monitoring supplier performance. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders such as operations, finance, and technical teams to align sourcing plans with business objectives, mitigate risks, and support new service rollouts. The Sourcing Manager will regularly analyze market trends, maintain accurate procurement documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement in sourcing processes and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong sourcing and procurement skills, including vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.
• Knowledge of data center, ICT, telecom, and network services (e.g., SD-WAN, SASE, data center) and their commercial models.
• Analytical and financial skills for cost analysis, benchmarking, budgeting, and total cost of ownership assessments.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, ICT, or a related field; relevant procurement or supply chain certifications are a plus.
• Experience in telecom, data center, ICT, or technology services sourcing
• Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) are highly beneficial.
• Ability to work ethically, handle confidential information responsibly, and support an inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace.
