Job summary

Tag is seeking an experienced Sourcing Account Manager in Hong Kong to liaise between clients and our agency, driving sourcing, procurement and marketing initiatives on site. You will develop and execute strategies, manage day-to-day account operations, and build strong relationships with client teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, print management, or procurement within FMCG, retail, design or advertising.
• Experience in POSM, events, print procurement, or print management is advantageous.
• Strong client-facing and customer service skills with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Commercially minded with numerical, analytical and organizational strengths, keen attention to detail.
• Proven experience in budget management and price negotiation to hit targets.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong project management with focus on timely delivery and KPIs.
• Positive, proactive team player with ability to learn quickly and collaborate.
• Resilient and resourceful under pressure; proficient in English and Cantonese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead print procurement activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to spec.
• Manage production and procurement of client marketing collateral across brands and campaigns.
• Oversee and support the Account Management team to ensure successful delivery of projects and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with client brand teams, stakeholders and suppliers.
• Utilize Tag's systems and reporting tools to manage delivery, performance and reporting.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, address issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Track KPIs and service levels, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare performance updates and reports for the Account Director.
• Coordinate training and day-to-day activities with the Account Director.
• Stay informed on industry trends and opportunities to add value for clients.
