Job summary

IPG Mediabrands in Hong Kong is seeking an Account Manager to drive client relationships and ensure timely delivery of creative work while achieving commercial success for both client and agency. You will lead client calls, plan campaigns, brief creative teams, and monitor project timelines to ensure on-brief results and profitability, working closely with the delivery and creative teams in Quarry Bay.

Location: Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain good client relationships
• Participate actively in client calls and meetings
• Plan and progress account activity
• Analyse clients’ marketing plans and advise accordingly
• Gather feedback from the client on campaign work to build satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Develop ideas briefs and brief creative teams
• Critique creative work and ensure it matches the brief and regulatory requirements
• Present and sell ideas to clients on accounts you manage
• Manage project timelines and communicate deadlines to senior team
• Raise opportunities to improve agency process and profitability
