Job summary

Tag in Hong Kong is seeking a Sr. / Account Executive to deliver campaign initiatives and coordinate day-to-day account service for the client’s brand portfolio in Hong Kong.

The role acts as the primary liaison between the client, the in-house design team, and the in-house sourcing and production teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will manage quotations, timelines, and multiple projects to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of account management experience in FMCG/retail industry and/or advertising agency
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in communication, advertising, marketing or relevant disciplines
• Experience in shopper marketing, BTL, digital, print or POSM production preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility with excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Key account representative between the client and Tag internal team
• Ensure that the brand’s image and standards are maintained at all times based on the direction and strategy set by the client and the brand principals
• Manage all aspects (internal & external) of the project management, including time-management, quality control skills and billing accuracy
• Ensure all administrative work is completed according to Tag requirements, i.e. opening of job tickets, getting comments and approvals all via Tag’s procedures
• Prepare proposals and quotations and deal with the demands of clients
• Any other support duties required by manager
