Job summary

HKBN is seeking a (Senior) Account Manager for Service Solution & Office Supply. You will craft sales strategies to grow revenue with Public Sector and corporate clients, sell outsourcing and office supplies, and manage contracts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above required.
• At least 3 years sales & marketing experience.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, independent and results-driven.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Experience in Service Solutions / Office Supplies preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Formulate sales strategy and plans to increase account penetration.
• Sell and promote outsourcing services, office supplies and IT hardware.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with planning and strategies.
• Process inquiries and orders accurately.
• Manage annual contract negotiations and resolve challenges.
• Maintain trustful client relationships through proactive follow-up.
