• Experience leading engineering teams in data centre or critical facility environments.
• Ability to translate strategic intent into practical, high‑quality technical solutions.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving technical excellence and timely project delivery.
• Own end-to-end design decisions for early-stage development and redevelopment opportunities.
• Collaborate with investment, delivery, operations and sales to enable informed decisions and value creation.
• Conduct feasibility assessments, due diligence, and risk analysis for new development opportunities.
• Embed sustainable design principles and optimise for cost, efficiency and operability.
