We are seeking a highly technical and commercially astute Lead Electrical Engineerto act as the cornerstone of our global data center design efforts. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of robust electrical solutions—spanning ELV to HV, DC systems, renewables, and ICT—while serving as the primary technical engine for the pre-sales process.
You will translate complex client RFPs into efficient, cost-effective, and constructible solutions. Beyond deep technical expertise, this role demands the breadth to negotiate with end-users and operators, and the leadership to bridge internal teams (Sales, Product, Delivery) to ensure design integrity from bid through to handover. You will also act as the gatekeeper for quality, leading incident responses and translating lessons learned into future product development and team growth.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field.
Minimum10in engineering, with at least6specifically in theData Center sector.
Required: Chartered Engineer or Licensed Professional Engineer (e.g., CIBSE, PEB Singapore, HKIE).
Highly Desired: Uptime Accredited Tier Designer (ATD) or TIA Certified Designer.
Expert proficiency in: Power system architecture, substation design, UPS & battery systems, and onsite power generation.
Deep understanding of ELV, ICT, and telecommunications protocols.
Skilled in control parameter tuning and Sequence of Operations (SoO).
Expert understanding of constructability, testing, commissioning (Cx), and O&M requirements.
