ELV Systems Lead – Data Center BMS & Security Architect

Job summary

BDx is seeking an ELV Manager to lead the design of mission‑critical ELV systems for hyperscale data centers. You will collaborate with customers and project stakeholders to develop BMS, DCIM, CCTV, security and ICT infrastructure for data center facilities and other critical projects.

You will oversee multidisciplinary consultants, coordinate with vendors and ensure conformance to local and international standards while supporting programmable monitoring and integration across OT systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Experience designing ELV systems for data centers or critical facilities (5–8 years).
• Knowledge of BMS, DCIM, SCS, CCTV, ACS and monitoring platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead ELV systems design for hyperscale data center projects including BMS, DCIM, CPOS and SCS.
• Develop concept designs, architecture, layouts and KPRs for early project stages.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and consultants through lifecycle phases.
• Manage consultants and vendors to deliver integrated ELV designs on schedule.
• Ensure designs meet requirements, standards and security objectives.
• Review specs, testing plans and FAT/ commissioning related to ELV systems.
• Collaborate with electrical, ICT, security and operations teams for integration.
• Attend site meetings, FATs, inspections and client design reviews as required.
• Develop technical standards and best practices for ELV systems across projects.
• Engage in overseas meetings and stakeholder engagements as needed.
