Job summary

Rectrix Group Limited is seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to steer data center infrastructure design across ELV to HV, DC systems, renewables and ICT. You will own the end-to-end design and provide technical leadership for global projects.

You will translate complex client RFPs into robust, cost-effective solutions, negotiate with end-users and operators, and coordinate across Sales, Product and Delivery to maintain design integrity from bid to handover.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum 10 years in engineering with at least 6 in the Data Center sector.
Chartered Engineer or Licensed Professional Engineer is required.
Uptime ATD or TIA certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and implementation of electrical solutions from ELV to HV, DC systems, renewables and ICT.
Serve as the primary technical engine for pre-sales efforts and bid responses.
Bridge Sales, Product and Delivery teams to ensure design integrity from bid through handover.
Gatekeeper for quality, lead incident responses, and translate lessons into product and team growth.
