• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Experience with end-to-end software development lifecycle

• Design and architect technology solutions with developers, analysts and architects
• Provide technical leadership and escalation support to Solution Analysts
• Drive business process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance performance
• Act as liaison between business and IT to understand needs and strategy
• Lead delivery of IT products and applications meeting requirements
• Own application lifecycle management including maintenance and enhancements
• Plan and deliver small to medium-scale projects with governance
• Coordinate development teams and third-party vendors

Role Introduction

Reports to: Senior Solution Architect

Department: Information Technology (IMT)

As part of our New Technology Exploration team, you will lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge solutions leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs) and emerging technologies. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and data scientists, you will turn innovative ideas into scalable products that create real business value. You will drive solution design, manage end-to-end delivery, develop proofs of concept, and champion AI best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in AI project pipeline planning by providing pre-project consultation and solution recommendations
• Design and architect technology solutions in collaboration with developers, analysts, and architects
• Provide technical leadership and escalation support to Solution Analysts and project teams
• Drive business process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance business performance
• Act as the key liaison between business and IT, understanding business needs, challenges, and strategic direction
• Lead the delivery of IT products and applications, ensuring solutions meet business and customer requirements
• Own application lifecycle management, including maintenance, enhancements, and continuous improvement
• Plan and deliver small to medium-scale projects, managing execution, testing, and governance requirements
• Coordinate and oversee development teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery
• Contribute to people development and resource planning, including coaching Solution Analysts and potentially acting as a surrogate Product Owner or SME

Requirements

• Degree qualification in Information Technology related discipline, Masters preferred
• 8+ years of related IT experience covering but not limited to:
• Software development
• System analysis
• Business analysis
• Solution definition
• System Testing
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end software development lifecycle experience and work with different stakeholders will be necessary
• Hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic As, Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), and emerging technologies is a must
• Solid knowledge in Langchain or Deepagent is a plus
• Proven verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, passionate, innovative, self-motivated and able to present solutions to diverse groups of stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity
• Proven troubleshooting skills; ability to identify patterns and generate ideas
• Less experience will be considered as Solution Analyst
