Job summary
Cathay Pacific Group in Hong Kong seeks a Solution Lead to shape AI-driven travel experiences. You will lead design and delivery of cutting-edge solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering and LLMs, collaborating with business stakeholders, engineers and data scientists to turn ideas into scalable products.

Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- Experience with end-to-end software development lifecycle
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on with Generative AI and related tools
Responsibilities
- Participate in AI project pipeline planning with pre-project consultation and solution recommendations
- Design and architect technology solutions with developers, analysts and architects
- Provide technical leadership and escalation support to Solution Analysts
- Drive business process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance performance
- Act as liaison between business and IT to understand needs and strategy
- Lead delivery of IT products and applications meeting requirements
- Own application lifecycle management including maintenance and enhancements
- Plan and deliver small to medium-scale projects with governance
- Coordinate development teams and third-party vendors
- Contribute to people development and resource planning, coaching analysts
