Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the account opening process for various banking products and services.
• Ensure all necessary forms are completed correctly and explain product features clearly.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
• Conduct EWSS screening and check caution lists to mitigate potential risks.
• Assist RMs with inputting credit applications and ensuring required documentation is accurate.
• Collaborate with relevant departments for further processing and loan execution.
