Job summary

Leighton Asia in Hong Kong seeks motivated Project Engineers and Site Engineers with CSA or M&E background to support building construction, A&A, fit-out, and project execution. You will review drawings, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or higher diploma in Civil/Structural/Building Services/Mechanical/Electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in related fields, and proficient English and Chinese

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction, A&A, fit-out, CSA, M&E, or project execution works
• Experience in site coordination, site supervision, or subcontractor management
• Familiarity with construction drawings, material submissions, and project documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, Navisworks, or related software is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise site construction activities and work progress
• Support CSA and/or M&E works throughout project execution
• Review drawings, material submissions, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
• Monitor project quality, safety, and progress against project schedules
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical and site issues
• Support inspections, testing & commissioning, and project handover activities
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
