Job summary

Leighton Asia is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to coordinate site activities with Client Representatives, the Main Contractor and Subcontractors to ensure the correct sequence of works and resolve technical issues on site installations. You will conduct regular site inspections, report progress to the Project Manager, and address any non-conformity related to materials, workmanship or drawings.

You will forecast progress and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure adequate labor,

Qualifications

• Higher certificate holder or above in related discipline.
• Recognized trade qualification in building / construction works.
• Holder of TCP T1 or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

Higher certificate holder or above in related discipline

Recognized trade qualification in building / construction works

Holder of TCP T1 or equivalent is required.

Minimum 15 years' site supervision construction work or relevant experience

Hard working and self-motivated

Strong leadership and communication skills
