Job summary

Leighton Asia in Hong Kong seeks motivated Project Engineers and Site Engineers with CSA or M&E background to support building construction, A&A, fit-out, and project execution. You will review drawings, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or higher diploma in Civil/Structural/Building Services/Mechanical/Electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in related fields, and proficient English and Chinese

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction, A&A, fit-out, CSA, M&E, or project execution works
• Experience in site coordination, site supervision, or subcontractor management
• Familiarity with construction drawings, material submissions, and project documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, Navisworks, or related software is an advantage

We are seeking motivated and experienced Project Engineers and Site Engineers to support building construction, A&A, fitting-out, and project execution works. This role is open to candidates with backgrounds in Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA) or Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise site construction activities and work progress

Support CSA and/or M&E works throughout project execution

Review drawings, material submissions, and technical documentation

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams

Monitor project quality, safety, and progress against project schedules

Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical and site issues
