Job summary

Social Goods Limited is seeking a Shop Manager to lead the bakery shop’s daily operations, manage opening and closing procedures, supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure displays, cleanliness and food safety standards are consistently maintained.

You will track sales, support basic reporting, implement promotional activities, and continually improve shop processes to meet business goals. Strong communication is essential; English is required and Cantonese is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in store/retail operations and staff supervision.
• Strong customer service and communications skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is preferred or willing to train.
