This role requires strong communication, meticulous filing, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with Warehouse and Customer Service teams to keep shipments moving

Aufgaben

• Prepare, compile, verify and maintain shipping and logistics documents accurately.
• Check source documents for accuracy and ensure all required information is complete.
• Follow up on incomplete or missing information and obtain the necessary supporting documents.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including: Delivery Order (DO), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Goods Receipt, COO, COC, B/L, and other relevant shipping and export documents.
• Assist with permit declarations and export documentation; liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents and transport providers to coordinate outgoing shipments and export arrangements.
• Monitor shipment schedules and follow up on delivery and collection arrangements.
• Respond to internal and external requests for shipping information and provide relevant documents when required.
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of shipping documents.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse and other internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment processing.
• Perform other shipping and administrative duties as assigned.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, preparing shipping documentation, liaising with freight forwarders and shipping agents, and ensuring that all shipping and export arrangements are completed accurately and on time

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to $2,300 per month
Location: AMK
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
