Job summary
JPC Texson Limited, a Hong Kong-based shipping group, seeks a diligent candidate to handle import/export documentation and maintain strong customer relations. You will prepare and process documents, communicate with customers, and support daily feeder operations, working closely with a team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in shipping, good MS Word/Excel skills, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Qualifications
- Completed secondary education or above.
- At least 2 years of experience in the shipping industry.
- Experience in full-set shipping operations is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

We provide reliable feeder and forwarding services across Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan, supporting customers with efficient cargo transportation and transhipment solutions.
Support smooth feeder shipping operations by preparing accurate documents and providing responsive service to customers.
You will handle import and export shipping documentation and communicate with customers to support their shipping needs.

13-month salary plus performance bonus.
