Job summary

JPC Texson Limited, a Hong Kong-based shipping group, seeks a diligent candidate to handle import/export documentation and maintain strong customer relations. You will prepare and process documents, communicate with customers, and support daily feeder operations, working closely with a team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in shipping, good MS Word/Excel skills, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education or above.
• At least 2 years of experience in the shipping industry.
• Experience in full-set shipping operations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process import and export shipping documents.
• Communicate with customers to understand and support their shipping needs.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.
• Support daily feeder shipping documentation and operation tasks.
• Work with team members to ensure documents are accurate and completed on time.
• Resolve routine documentation and operational issues in a professional manner.
