Job summary

Easylink Payment Network (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. is seeking an Operations and Settlement Supervisor to oversee payment instruction processing, settlement activities, and daily reconciliation.

You will ensure accuracy, compliance and timely reporting across systems, with the ability to lead a small team. The role requires a finance/banking background, strong Excel skills and fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin, plus hands-on experience in banking operations and remittance processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business or Accountancy.
• Preferable minimum 3-4 years of experience in banking operation and remittance processing.
• Relevant accounting experience with banking experience is a plus.
• Organized, responsible with good interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with positive working attitude.
• Good leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and possesses good writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, edit and process the payment instructions as instructed by customers and processors through various systems.
• Prepare and check merchant payment and settlement report, and perform daily reconciliation.
• Receive and check information and fund adjustment request from issuers and merchants, and then process and/or verify such operations.
• Follow procedures to conduct specific operations for settlement, such as withholding, freezing, due to fraud and risk reason.
• Perform payment service related accounting work including book-keeping and handle general ledger.
• Participate actively in any ad-hoc projects for operation team as required.
• Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce operational risk.
• Collaborate across departments to facilitate smooth operations, improve communication, and resolve any operational issues that arise.
• Understand the company's business such as Visa and Master card , cross-border institutions, etc., Work closely with marketing teams to facilitate smooth operations, and resolve any operational issues that arise.
