Job summary

Easylink Payment Network (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. is hiring an Operations Officer to receive, edit and process payment instructions from customers and processors through multiple systems.

You will prepare merchant payment and settlement reports, perform daily reconciliations, handle fund adjustment requests, and participate in ad-hoc projects for the operations team. Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in banking operation and remittance processing.
• Relevant accounting experience with banking experience is a plus.
• Organized, responsible with good interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with positive working attitude.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese (Native), English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Receive, edit and process payment instructions through various systems.
• Prepare and check merchant payment and settlement reports, and perform daily reconciliation.
• Receive and check information and fund adjustment requests from issuers and merchants, and process and/or verify such operations.
• Follow procedures to conduct settlement operations, such as withholding, freezing, due to fraud and risk reason.
• Perform payment service related accounting work including book-keeping and handle general ledger.
• Participate actively in any ad-hoc projects for the operation team as required.
