Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience in financial services (e.g., e-payment, global payment, FX).
• Proven leadership and management能力 in financial services.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Strong PC skills in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Align resources to maximize performance of the global payment business and guide the team to achieve goals.
• Lead the daily FX cross-border payment settlement and reconciliation, ensuring efficiency.
• Apply project management practices to daily operations and cross-department activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain internal controls and policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with bankers, vendors, and payment gateways.
• Drive and monitor global operational projects to align with business goals.
