Job summary

CPJobs International is seeking a Settlement Manager in Hong Kong to oversee daily settlement operations for local securities and supervise trade matching to resolve discrepancies promptly.

The role requires strong CCASS knowledge, Hong Kong and Asia equity settlement experience, and proficiency in English and Putonghua. You will ensure regulatory compliance and support ad hoc reporting and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance/Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trade matching, resolve discrepancies and ensure all instructions are executed timely and efficiently;




• Perform daily operation in CCASS operations;




• Ensure all processing transactions are complied with all relevant regulators and in-house policies




• Perform ad hoc reporting timely and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned;

Requirements

• Degree or above, preferably in Finance /Accounting or related disciplines;




• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in settlement operation in brokerage firms.




• Solid experience in HK and Asia equities and futures settlement




• Familiar with CCASS operation




• Responsible, self-motivated, competent risk awareness and able to work under pressure




• Good command of spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua




• Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
