Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting is seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of relevant experience in settlement operations in the securities industry. You will manage daily settlement tasks across securities, fixed income, and corporate actions, ensuring compliance with external regulators and internal policies while drafting manuals and supporting system changes.

The role requires strong PC skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in settlement operations in securities industry.
• Familiar with CCASS operations.
• Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
• Self-motivated, be responsible and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
