Job summary

Bosco Securities Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a diligent securities settlement specialist to manage daily settlement operations across HKEx, US markets and OTC products. You will ensure regulatory compliance, process CCASS settlements, perform reconciliations, and liaise with clients and counterparties.

A degree and at least 3 years' experience are required, with strong Excel and English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Degree holder preferred; other qualifications with relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in securities settlement or back-office operations.
• Solid knowledge of HKEx and CCASS operations; OTC products, US market settlement and TradeGo are an advantage.
• Good understanding of SFC and HKEx regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily securities settlement operations across HKEx, US markets, and OTC products.
• Handle HKEx and OTC settlement processing, ensuring regulatory compliance and internal procedures.
• Process CCASS and physical settlement activities, including IPOs, placements, and related reporting.
• Perform daily stock and cash reconciliation, monitor unsettled trades and corporate actions.
• Handle client funds and securities deposits/withdrawals, settlement instructions and EIPOs.
• Perform bank-in procedures and ensure timely processing of client funds.
• Prepare settlement records, reports and related documentation.
• Support system enhancement projects and participate in UAT testing when required.
• Liaise with internal departments and external counterparties to ensure smooth settlement operations.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as needed.
