Job summary

Arcane Restaurants Limited in Central, Hong Kong, is seeking talented applicants for a role at our new Australian cafe project under the Arcane Collective by Chef Patron Shane Osborn.

We value enthusiasm, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal skills. The position offers a 50-hour work week, two days off, 10 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, staff meals, and a share of tips. Proficiency in English is required and Cantonese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fine dining or hotel experience preferred.
• Similar role experience required.
• Good command of English; Cantonese a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food is produced and served to the restaurant’s standards.
• Follow and enforce all recipes and standards of food production.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and usage of raw and cooked materials.
• Ensure daily orders are issued in a timely manner.
• Assist in other sections as required.
• Work closely with team members to ensure the cleanliness of kitchen area, equipment and utensils.
