Job summary

ARCANE is seeking a waiter/waitress for a 4.5-day work week at the heart of Central, Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering superb service, keeping the dining area orderly, and ensuring orders are presented and served promptly.

Knowledge of the menu and teamwork with kitchen and service staff are essential. Candidates should have at least 1 year in a similar role and be fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is highly valued.

Maintain smooth and efficient operation at the restaurant

Convey effective communication with guests, kitchen and service teams

Possess knowledge of the menu and ensure all meal orders are served in a timely and correct manner

Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant area as well as table set up

Assist in restaurant operational duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum 1 Year experience in a similar role, recent graduates will be considered

Fluent English, Mandarin / Cantonese speaking is required

Extensive food and beverage (F&B) operational knowledge

Strong initiative, motivational and people skills

Formal hospitality management or culinary education is a plus.

Wine knowledge or WSET holder is a plus
