Job summary

Hitachi Energy Hong Kong Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive sales targets and build long-term customer relationships. A bachelor’s degree and cross-cultural communication skills are required.

You will develop sales plans, coordinate with the bid/proposal team, and identify new market opportunities while ensuring compliance with Hitachi Energy policies. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with sales experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience in industry.
• Customer-focused with strong communication in English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Sell products to customers focusing on targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Prepare sales plans using company tools and review status; propose recovery plans when needed.
• Prepare offers in coordination with bid/proposal dept and Marketing Manager; ensure terms align with Hitachi Energy strategy.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive cross-collaboration.
• Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support collection and project management.
