Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations and service activities.
• Lead and manage service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assign work schedules and monitor staff attendance and performance.
• Ensure service standards, workplace safety and operational procedures are followed.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and operational issues professionally.
• Coordinate with management and staff to improve workflow and service efficiency.
• Monitor inventory, supplies and equipment to support daily operations.
• Train and guide new staff on company procedures and service standards.
• Prepare basic operational reports and assist management with administrative duties.
• Ensure the workplace is clean, organised and properly maintained.
