Job summary

HKSH Medical Group Limited is seeking a qualified supervisor to oversee housekeeping management in a hospital setting. You will supervise supporting services such as waste management and contractors, while ensuring effective manpower deployment.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory and interpersonal skills, with experience in a hospital environment. Training responsibilities are also included to uplift frontline staff performance.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above or recognized professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant housekeeping management experience in hotel or hospital settings.
• Proficient in PC software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise supporting services including waste management, outsourced contractors, domestic and pest control.
• Supervise frontline supporting services staff and assist manpower deployment.
• Provide training for frontline staff.
