Job summary

Waihong Environmental Services Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations for a major account. You will lead a team, streamline workflows and ensure service quality while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, Cantonese fluency with basic English and Mandarin, and a hands-on, customer-oriented mindset. Immediate availability is highly preferred and an attractive remuneration package is offered.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above.
• Knowledge in personnel management, industry safety, cleaning methodology, etc.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, customer oriented, proactive and independent.
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Fluent Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily cleaning operations of a key account of cleaning service contract.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers enquirers.
• Lead the team for cleaning operations and management of operational workflows in order to maximize the operation efficiency and effectiveness.
• Handle the documents required by the client and the company.
