Job summary

MIT Semiconductor Pte Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a leader to oversee a regional team of Field Service Engineers responsible for installation, commissioning and buy-off of new semiconductor equipment, plus post-sales support.

You will train customers, drive service revenue, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Engineering on quality issues while traveling as needed.

Diploma in Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is required.
• Technical background in mechanical and software engineering.
• Experience of 5+ years in field service or similar roles.
• Willingness to travel overseas and be highly mobile.

About the role

Oversee a team of Field Service Engineers in the region to install, commission, and buy off new equipment for semiconductor customers, provide technical support and post-sales customer service, and deliver technical training to customers on operations, set-up and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Field Service Engineers in the region

About you

• At least a Diploma in Engineering
• Strong technical background in Mechanical and Software engineering
