Job summary

Inchcape Greater China is seeking a Service Advisor in Hong Kong (Aberdeen) to deliver professional vehicle service experiences, quote costs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure quality repairs while building strong customer relationships and a trusted brand image.

The role requires a Higher Diploma or above, 2-3 years of customer service experience, and fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Driving licenses No.1 & 2 are advantageous; join a supportive Inchcape team in Greater China.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience; automotive industry background preferred.
• Good communication and strong customer service mindset.
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Driving Licenses No.1 & 2 will be given priority.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice, cost quotation and quality customer services regarding vehicle service, repairs and maintenance.
• Provide technician with information about the vehicle that needs to be inspected.
• Establish good customer relationships and a strong brand image through excellent services.
