• Participate in projects like Citrix upgrade and SolarWinds upgrade.

Responsibilities

• Provide Windows Support Task, BAU troubleshooting, regular patch management
• Perform server configuration, maintenance, security patching and monitoring
• Troubleshoot server software and hardware issues with quick response
• Enhance server security by applying server patching to all critical servers
• Coordinate with vendors to identify the root cause of the problem and solution
• Participate in projects like SolarWinds upgrade, Citrix upgrade, NVidia VDI implementation and EDR application, etc.
• Setup monitoring tool to server status, application status
• Monitor backup and perform restore task as request
• Troubleshoot inbound, outbound Email block issue
• Work with cyber security team in security prevention project for internal and regional office.
• Work with network team to troubleshoot server connection issues

Qualifications

• Experience Knowledge in Windows O/S (2012/2016/2019)
• Experience in GPO/ MS Failover Clustering and High Availability Technology
• (Hyper-V, MSSQL failover)
• Experience on PowerShell script
• Basic Infrastructure knowledge in Backup/Network/VMware
• Knowledge or experience on Cloud service (AWS, Azure) and O365
