• Provide Windows Support Task and BAU troubleshooting.
• Perform server configuration, maintenance, and security patching.
• Troubleshoot server software and hardware issues quickly.

• Coordinate with vendors to identify problems and solutions.
• Participate in projects like Citrix upgrade and SolarWinds upgrade.
• Setup monitoring tools for server and application status.
• Monitor backup and perform restore tasks as requested.
• Troubleshoot Email block issues.
• Collaborate with cyber security team on prevention projects.
• Work with the network team to troubleshoot server connections.
