Job summary

The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a Server to join our F&B Service team. This role involves greeting guests, taking orders and delivering food and beverages to the highest standards, with attentiveness and speed. Key requirements include at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication in Cantonese and English, and a team‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional F&B service.
• Pleasant, service-orientated, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet the guests, take orders and deliver food & beverage items according to hotel’s standards and procedures
• Assist in maintaining smooth operation of assigned section
• Monitor back of house and run food between kitchen and dining area
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by being attentive to guests’ needs and response timely throughout the dining experience
