WallStone Partners & Company Limited is seeking a Senior Vice President, Team Head for Corporate Banking in Hong Kong. The role leads a high-performing team, drives growth, and develops business strategies while maintaining loan portfolio quality.

You will oversee relationship-building with clients, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and bilingual communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related disciplines.
• HKIB Certified Banker, IIQE, or other relevant insurance qualifications are an advantage.
• ECF Certification (such as CCRP (CL), ACRP, or AGFP (P&S)) is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of banking experience in corporate/commercial including experience in a supervisory role.
• Broad and in-depth knowledge of commercial credit principles as well as banking lending policies and standards.
• Well-versed in the regulatory requirements of the banking industry.
• Strong credit sense and analytical skills to assess client portfolios, market data, and overall creditworthiness.
• Strong marketing acumen with exposure to both local and cross-border business.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chines

Responsabilités

• Lead the team to drive business growth and achieve team targets as well as formulating business development strategies.
• Develop long-term relationship with customers and explore new business opportunities.
• Cross-sell a wide range of banking products including treasury and wealth management.
• Assist in formulating and implementing business strategies in achieving the business goals and sales targets of the bank.
• Prepare credit proposal, perform regular review and assessment to maintain the quality of the loan portfolio.
